In our village you will find a playground, entertainment with games and workshops, mini club, beach-volleyball, no cars during the week, we are small with a family atmosphere, green flag of the paediatricians and blue flag of Europe, in case of need baby kit (cot/bed high chair and pram), courtesy bicycles available for everyone, trusted greengrocer who brings his products to the village every day.

The Lake Placid Village is located in the heart of Silvi Marina in Abruzzo, by the sea with direct access to the beach and away from the railways. It is suitable for all ages, ideal for those who want to feel pampered and enveloped by an intimate and familiar atmosphere in contact with nature in a relaxing and glamorous environment. Our staff encourages the entertainment and socialisation of children with simple games without neglecting the needs of adults.Our location allows you to travel around the village without the need for a car.
Poplars, oleanders and countless palm trees frame a characteristic private freshwater lake, ideal for relaxing body and mind while keeping pace with the natural biorhythms of flora and fauna.
The mobile homes are located between the sea and the lake, all equipped with large verandas and private barbecues, for sunset barbecues to be enjoyed in the greenery, perhaps accompanied by some excellent Abruzzo wine. Alternatively, for those who don't feel like cooking, the structure's internal restaurant offers daily meat and fish menus with the possibility of half-board or full-board, all also take-away!
The houses dedicated to our furry friends are conveniently fenced off so that even your dog can enjoy the freedom of lying down on a cool, sun-kissed lawn without a leash!
In the immediate vicinity of Lake Placid, which can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle, you will find a supermarket, tobacconist, pharmacy, post office, newsagent, minimarket and fishmonger, and a greengrocer every day.
We also have a dispenser for cold still and sparkling water, which saves space in the refrigerator, time and energy for buying and transporting heavy bottles, as well as respecting the environment in line with our eco-friendly policy. In the land defined as the green region of Europe, Lake Placid is an enchanting place to spend your holiday.
Its strategic location, a short distance from places of cultural, historical and natural interest and entertainment makes it the ideal starting point for your excursions in Abruzzo. Being directly on the sea, access to the beach is direct without having to cross any roads.
Thanks to the beach umbrellas and sunbeds available to customers, the fine sand and the gently sloping shallows, it is especially suitable for children who can enjoy themselves without any danger, and for these reasons it has been awarded the green flag of the paediatricians and the blue flag.
Silvi Marina's long golden sandy shore allows for beautiful walks on the dry beach.
