Two days dedicated to the most popular 'red' in the world
The Ferrari is not only a beautiful car with perfect mechanics; it is elegance, sophistication, power, and the passion for the roar of its engine. The Ferrari is a dream and a myth, and, strange but true, in Villa Rosa, the tourist seaside resort at 2 km from Martinsicuro, there is a very active Ferrari Club, founded in March 2003 and now celebrating its 10th birthday.
The members are all united by their love for the mythical “red” and every year they organise a Ferrari Rally, the A. Guercioni Memorial. It is a unique occasion and a must to be able to see these cars first hand and to see them in action. The programme this year plans the meet in the early afternoon of Saturday 22nd June in Giulianova, then departure at 17:15 for the enduro to Tortoreto A Alto.
The race awards are given after dinner around 22:00. On the morning of Sunday 23rd, the stage moves to Villa Rosa in Martinsicuro, where the enduro departs form the shopping centre car park for Controguerra. After lunch the team prizes are awarded.
Obviously, during the event the streets of Giulianova and Villa Rosa are full of all the models of Ferrari, and mechanics experts will have plenty to see and discuss, and the rest of us will enjoy seeing the cars and dreaming for a while.
